Sourcing in Vietnam is looking to hire a high calibre Senior Procurement (Factory Sourcing) Manager to be responsible for factory and component sourcing In Vietnam.

The candidate needs the following skills:

· Work well on their own or as part of a team

· Vendor management and price negotiation

· Develop policies, guidelines and procedures for improving the logistic and overall purchasing process

· Monitor daily production schedule from vendors to match delivery requirement

· Establish purchasing agreements with strategic suppliers

· Inventory control on consignment materials

· Proficient in both English and Vietnamese

· Vietnamese National

· Minimum 7 years experience in factory sourcing and component sourcing

· Degree in Procurement / Supply Chain Management/ Business or equivalent

· Sound interpersonal and supervisory skills, proactive, cost-conscious

Responsibilities:

· Liaise with overseas buyers

· Liaise with internal customers and factories in Vietnam

· Responsible for samples and order follow up, sourcing and product development
